Sound Ministry
What you hear during the Worship Service is aided by the Ministry of Sound. When people are properly mic'd, you can hear what they are saying or singing. Without the aid of sound, unless you are sitting on the very first few pews, it will be hard at times. The Sound Ministry is also responsible for recording all Worship Services.
Patrick Manley trains people for use on the sound system...he can train you! You will need a commitment on a rotating basis along with rehearsal commitment (Wednesday evenings).
There are other events where a sound person will be needed (e.g., Contemporary Praise Rally's, special services [Christmas Candlelight Service, Maundy Thursday], etc.). If you have decided to help during those events, you will need to be at any rehearsals (as requested or needed).
