GOALS for 2006/2007:
- 608 students minimum for 06-07 school year.
- Prepare our WASC (accreditation) review materials for continued accreditation.
- Hire additional faculty and staff needed in certain areas.
- Champion Christ in all aspects of our ministry!
GOD WORKING IN OUR LIVES:
- God has been moving mightily in the lives of our faculty, staff and students. When we come together as a family every Tuesday and Thursday for chapel, God moves powerfully on the lives of students, faculty and staff. This group comes from over 200 churches and many diverse backgrounds under the unity fellowship of Christ. It is exciting to be part of it!
CHALLENGES:
- Our Challenges have been numerous. We are expanding our curriculum while keeping a focus on the Bible. New programs are being added, and student growth was over 20% this year from last. We have 560 students as we end this year. We will have 75 graduates on May 20th, 2006, and we still look to be well over 600 this fall in enrollment.
- We have outgrown our dorms and we will have to use some apartments nearby until we can build additional housing.
- We have outgrown our cafeteria, but if enrollment meets projections for the fall, we will begin building a larger cafeteria to be ready for Fall 2007.
- The DCP program continues to grow and strengthen in both Rocklin and San Jose, although many people think we are no longer in San Jose, so enrollment has been difficult there.
