The Administration Ministry is responsible for all the financial's of the church, and is done in accordance with California law pertaining to a 501(c)3 Non-profit organization. For more particulars, see our By-Laws under About Us.
Office equipment, e.g., computers, copiers, telephones, and general office supplies, are all done through the Administration Ministry and its Board.
The Administration Ministry oversees the hiring of all staff here at Christian Church of Santa Clara.
The gathering together of the Body for things like Pot lucks and other get-together's, are handled through the Body Life Ministry.

The Missions Ministry oversees all the financial aspects of supplying needs to our supported missionaries. It also conveys to the Body any mission conferences and training for those who would like to participate.
Web site development is monitored and reported to the Administration Board. Web site development is currently done by Dale Parenzin. Any questions, suggestion or comments are always welcome. |

The Administration Ministry meets as the "Board" of the Church every 3rd Sunday of every othermonth. All major concerns of the Church are handled through the Board.

Body Life Ministry

The Body Life Ministry is responsible for seeing that those of our Body that can't make it to church, for health or other reasons, will have Communion brought to them and praying for them.

The Body Life Ministry is responsible for bringing along-side people to help guide and grow in their walk.
Prayer Ministry and prayer in general are developed, taught and shared through the Body Life Ministry
The Christian Service Women shall be responsible for the carrying out of functional tasks of the ministry of the Church as assigned and guided by the Eldership. Assigned duties shall be carried out within the ministry structure of the Church, under the guidance of an Elder or ministry leader.

Facilities Ministry
- Maintenance
The Facilities Ministry will make recommendations to the Board on improvements to the church property. They will also be involved should the Board decide on improvements.

The Facilities Ministry will monitor building usage and make any recommendations as to the current usage. The Board will be responsible for any new outside usage of the building.

Outreach Ministry
The Bread Ministry serves the needs of the local community by supplying breads and other items donated from Safeway.

The Outreach Ministry involves the community when setting up events. It works closely with the Worship Ministry if there are any worship or music needs.
The Outreach Ministry oversees the arrangement of transportation for members who cannot make it to church. Also arranging transportation for those members with immediate needs.

The Outreach Ministry works on ways to evangelize to the community as well as those outside our community.
Shekinah Women's Ministry is focused on encouraging women to establish, and mature in, their relationship with God; to bring Him glory. This will be accomplished through Prayer, Bible Reading, Fasting, Fellowship, Giving, Teaching, Learning, Creative Workshops, Women's Retreats, and Guest Speakers. |
Richard Brown and Earl McHaffie head up our outreach Ministry, in particular, Evangelism. Other parts of the Outreach Ministry are lead by various leaders.

Worship Ministry
The Worship Ministry is responsible for Music, Worship Scheduling, Nursery, Children's Church, Drama. The organization of corporate worship to allow the body of the church to worship our Savior on a personal level with no interference with the technical aspects of bringing together a body of believers.

The Worship Ministry oversees the music for corporate worship as well as special worship events, and any other music-related events.
Special music is scheduled as needed: solos, duets, Faithful Four Quartet, instrumentalists, etc.

- Worship Scheduling
The Worship Ministry organizes each of the Services and any special needs for a particular time of year or other consideration. It is also responsible for the basic elements of the Worship Service.
- Serving Team Scheduling
The Worship Ministry coordinates Serving Teams for the worship Services and communicates schedules to those involved.
- Host Scheduling
The Worship Ministry coordinates and schedules the hosts (or greeters) for each Sunday.
- Meditation Scheduling
Communion and Offering meditations are scheduled and confirmed with church members.
- Special Speaker Scheduling
When the Pastor is on vacation, the Worship Ministry (along with the Elders and the Board) will help schedule a speaker during that particular Sunday.
- Nursery
The Worship Ministry coordinates scheduling Nursery workers during Sunday and other church events.
- Drama
The Worship Ministry coordinates with the Drama Ministry when dramas, skits and other related drama events are needed to help send God's message.

Adult Sunday School (or Bible School, as we call it), is at 9:30 AM on Sunday morning. Studies will usually from 4 to 8 weeks (depending on study), so you can always get in on something new every month or two. It consists of a single class held in the Fellowship Hall and will have various instructors.

Dale Parenzin (bottom) is secondary Worship Leader, coordinates Contemporary music as well as music selection (Contemporary), and leads the Worship Committee meeting where all worship members decide and schedule worship activities & events. |
